A Certain Beloved Jimison-Family Christmas Tree Ornament

This post is dedicated to Allen.
Happy St. Nicholas' Day!

Oh, Christmas....

The Mr. Bean Christmas episode is the best.

This scene TOTALLY reminds me of my childhood. My family had a nativity scene a lot like this one growing up, and my older sister and I would spend hours playing with it every Christmas. It seems like baby Jesus was always getting into trouble somehow. I remember one episode where he snuck out of his manger when everyone was sleeping and got stranded on the roof of the stable. The angels ended up having to rescue him in the end. Obviously. They were the only ones with wings.
